That chicken is the most frequent dish in my kitchen. Is not boring due to its original taste, the meat turns out very juicy and tender!

Cooking
The ingredients are for 2 servings. Meat wash, dry, cut into small pieces. I had hips, but you can use legs or wings. Place the chicken in a container, salt, pepper to taste, add the grated ginger (about 1 tbsp), mix thoroughly and put in refrigerator for literally 30 minutes.
In a separate container pour approximately 80-100 ml of soy sauce, if the sauce is too salty, you can dilute it with a little water. Then add 3 tsp of honey, stir thoroughly and set aside.
While the chicken is in the fridge, you can prepare the garnish. Perfect rice or noodles for Udon from wheat, legumes, or buckwheat flour. I cook rice and broccoli with carrots for a couple.
After time grease a hot frying pan with a little oil and add 1 tsp of honey. Once the honey is completely dissolved, place the chicken and fry over high heat for 5-7 minutes. After the meat is browned on all sides, pour the sauce, stir, diminish the fire, cover with a lid and simmer for another 15 minutes.
Vegetables and side dish are ready, place the chicken, pour the sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
