Chicken
Sometimes (not in the white strip of life), we need chicken broth. And not once, not twice. Then the question arises - where to attach cooked chicken, especially chicken breast. There was a time in my life, when long boiled broth, and boiled Breasts I didn't know what to cook. And stuffed pancakes, and pasta, and casseroles... And that was the first time I tried this dish. The meatballs, of course a little dry, but any sauce easily solves this problem. I wish You that You will never accumulate boiled breast. Health to You, dear cooks. And the dish has the right to live and can diversify our table in such a difficult time, when one piece of meat should be cooked first, and second and third:)

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    600 г

  • Tabasco

    1 ч. л.

  • Parsley

    1 пуч.

  • Chicken egg

    1 шт

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Shallots

    1 ч. л.

  • Vegetable oil

  • Yogurt

    250 г

  • Dill

    1 пуч.

  • Garlic

    1 зуб.

  • Cucumber

    1 шт

  • Flour

    5 ст. л.

  • Oat flakes

    6 ст. л.

  • Chicken egg

    1 шт

Cooking

Cook a chicken, or breast. If already cooked in advance, then crank through a meat grinder.

Crank mix meat with chopped parsley leaves, add 1 egg, season with salt and pepper to taste, add 1 tsp dried onion shallot, Tabasco sauce. Knead thoroughly.

To form the resulting mass meatballs (patties), shape of products can be any.

Roll each betachek first in flour...

... then in a beaten egg...

.. and then roll in the cereal.

Flakes may need more than stated in the ingredients

Fry the meatballs in vegetable oil

Tastes best when served with sauce. A simple yogurt sauce. To do this, grind the dill, garlic and cucumber, mix with natural yoghurt, season with salt and pepper.
