Quick, Easy, Hearty and most importantly Delicious! this pudding makes my good friend, she does it very often, as this dish is madly in love and instantly eaten up by her son! here we tried. We also liked very much! Unusual taste and not at all like the casual fish and chips!

Cooking
To prepare the Potato, Onion and fillet of fish (clean, wash, fillet cut into pieces a La carte).
The onions and Potatoes to grate. Add the egg, salt, pepper. Mix well.
Drizzle with oil a baking sheet, spread the potato mixture evenly. top the fish fillet with a little salt. Sprinkle the flour over the casserole. Put the tomatoes. Next, you can optionally add mayonnaise and cheese. ( this time I didn't do it).
Bake at 180 °C for 30-40 minutes. to check the readiness of potatoes.
