These products I used.
Pork chop on the plate and obzharivaem 5 minutes. Add some water, simmer 30 minutes.
The peeled potatoes to the rifling slices, pepper cubes, carrots to RUB on a grater, onion - half rings. Vegetables, except potatoes, fry together in vegetable oil. Fry the potatoes separately.
On the bottom of the pot put the meat, sauteed vegetables, pumpkins, potatoes, chopped cabbage. All the layers of salt, pepper, add a little ground ginger. Pour in a pot of boiling water (to half of the pot), pour a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Put the pots in a cold oven, then turn and cook 15 - 20 minutes. The pots and take out the finished dish sprinkle with parsley. Very tasty!!!
