Vegetable zapekanka
This zapekanku can be prepared from fresh vegetables. Tasty, useful and nutritious.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

  • The processed cheese

  • Chicken egg

  • Sour cream

    3 ст. л.

  • Garlic

    2-3 зуб.

Eggplant wash, cut off stalk, cut into cubes.

Peel the onion, cut into half rings.

Put into a form, greased with sunflower oil, eggplant, then onion. Salt.
