Cooking
Eggplant wash, cut off stalk, cut into cubes.
Peel the onion, cut into half rings.
Put into a form, greased with sunflower oil, eggplant, then onion. Salt.
The layer of the onion RUB on a grater melted cheese.
Cut tomatoes into rings, put on top a layer of melted cheese.
Pepper remove seeds, cut into half rings.
Put pepper on the tomatoes, season with salt.
Zucchini wash, clean from the skin and seeds, cut into cubes.
Make the sauce: 3 tbsp sour cream + 3 eggs + finely chopped garlic mix. Salt, pepper.
Spread the squash on pepper and pour over the filling.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
