  • Chicken egg

  • Spaghetti

  • Butter

  • Tomato

  • Cream

  • Cheese

  • Salt

Boil spaghetti in salted water, cut into pieces 2 cm long grate Cheese on a grater. Tomatoes cut into cubes of 1cm.

Fry eggs on low heat with the lid closed, a little salt with fine salt. Chopped spaghetti fry in butter.

Add to spaghetti and tomatoes and little else to fry with the tomatoes until cooked tomatoes. Then add the cream or milk, salt, add cheese and mix all.

Spread on a plate of fried eggs, pour on top of spaghetti with tomatoes and cheese. Immediately served to the table. Bon appetit!
