Description

The name of this recipe was inspired by the autumn rain. And maybe Autumn tango with the Blues does not fit, but I think also has a right to exist. Recipe invented by me more as an attempt to use in cooking meals with meat this autumn southern fruit, as the quince. Ultimately the experiment was a success. For the contest "Autumn tango"

Ingredients

  • Tomato paste

  • Mayonnaise

  • Vegetable oil

Meat wash, dry, cleaned from the film and veins and cut into small cubes. Sprinkle with seasoning for shashlik. There also cut onion into half rings and lightly crumple, to let the juice. Tomato paste dilute with water to volume of Cup and sprinkle with salt (you can use tomato juice). Pour the meat juice, add mayonnaise, mix and leave to marinate for 30-40 minutes.

Next, take the cooked vegetables.

Eggplant cut into cubes, pepper strips, the quinces in small slices, carrot slices. Sprinkle with vegetable seasoning, black pepper and a little salt.

Pots grease with vegetable oil. Fill 1/2 the meat, and then vegetables. So fill all the pots, and then pour the vegetables from the meat marinade. Close the pots and put in cold oven for 1-1. 5 hours. Then turn off the oven and allow the pots to reach there.
