Chicken fillet cut into strips, fry. Add the chopped onions and fry until Golden brown.
Bell pepper cut into cubes, zucchini and onions - half-rings. I had frozen vegetables. Sauté with meat until soft, add the rice, mix well, season with salt and pepper. Pour four cups of water and boil. In almost ready add the rice, green peas, on the tip tsp crushed fennel seeds. Mix well and cook on a slow fire until tender. Cooked rice, sprinkle with finely chopped greens.
