Chicken
Easy to prepare, spicy dish of pan-Asian cuisine of chicken. Tender pieces of chicken, vegetables that retain their taste by quickly roasting the sesame seeds in a stunning sauce. Ingredients

  • Sauce

  • Vegetable oil

  • Sesame

    1 ст. л.

Fillet wash, dry, cut into cubes. Chile wash, dry, remove seeds and finely chop. Fold chicken fillet and chilli in a bowl, pour the teriyaki sauce, mix and leave for 30 minutes for marinating.

Bulgarian pepper to wash, dry, remove seeds and cut into strips.

In skillet, heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil, put pepper and fry on high heat for 2 minutes. Remove from the pan into a bowl.

Carrots to clear, RUB on a grater for Korean carrot.

Spread in the pan. If necessary, add vegetable oil. Fry for 1-2 minutes. Remove from the pan to the bowl with peppers.

Spread on the hot pan of chicken. Turning to cook to full readiness of meat. Add vegetables. Mix well. Warm and remove from heat.
