We love pilaf. But this dish in itself is very high in calories. I eased through the use of vegetable oil and chicken. And even in this autumnal ingredient - pumpkin. For cooking I used the rice "Kuban" for the pilaf from TM "Mistral. I ttak he liked it! Makes a wonderful pilaf, grain upon grain!
