Cooking
Pour the juice in a saucepan and slightly warm. Add the honey and salt, bring the liquid to a boil, stirring constantly to dissolve the honey.
Add milk, bring to a boil.
A thin stream, stirring constantly, sprinkle in the semolina. I took the semolina TM Mistral.
Cook for about 10 minutes, until porridge is smooth, with no lumps, consistency.
