Cottage cheese casserole with pumpkin and pear
Very gentle, helpful casserole. Pronounced pumpkin taste. The recipe is from the magazine " Love to cook!.

  • Semolina

  • Sugar

  • Chicken egg

  • Raisins

    50 г

  • Pumpkin

    100 г

  • Pear

Semolina pour the milk, stir and leave for 10 minutes.

Add sugar and eggs, mix well.

Pour in the melted butter.

Add cream cheese, mix well.

Add the raisins and grated on a medium grater pumpkin.

Put the cottage cheese in a greased form.

Pear cut into small slices.

Put pears and cottage cheese. Bake the casserole at 160-170*C for about 40-45 minutes, be guided by your oven. As soon as the top is a bit browned, casserole is ready.
