The recipe for this omelette was taken from cook books. But really, the taste of this dish on the omelet does not look like. It turned out that some sort of biscuit, Breakfast very good!

Cooking
The crumb of stale wheat bread to wipe, I did it in a mortar with pestle.
In a pan melt the butter.
Wheat crumbs with walnuts and fry in oil for a few minutes.
Add the honey and mix well.
Meanwhile, mix eggs with sour cream.
And to this mixture, add bread crumbs with honey and nuts.
The resulting mixture is poured on a hot frying pan with butter and fry omelet until done.
The omelet is ready transfer to a plate and serve hot.
Around the omelet on the plate you can put slices of apples, pears, peaches, halved apricots boiled in sugar syrup, or canned fruit. I like this omelet seemed and so sweet, and so I ate it with fresh nectarines. Well, very tasty and unusual! Bon appetit!
