I want to share with you a wonderful recipe, easy to prepare, very tender and very tasty! The result exceeded all my expectations! And most importantly - husband loved it. The recipe is from a book of Turkish cuisine. Go!

Cooking
Boil the potatoes in salted water.
Chop the spinach leaves, garlic, crushed with side of a large knife and chop (or skip through the press).
The stems of the spinach I also used. Finely dice the onion and the stems of the spinach, saute until tender in small amount of oil.
Add spinach leaves, salt a little. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Add the garlic, pepper and if necessary more salt. I even put a little crushed chili pepper. Heat a couple of minutes.
In potatoes add a glass of warm milk, butter, salt, pepper, mash well, to avoid lumps.
In the form put mashed potatoes.
The next layer spread the spinach.
In a pan melt the butter, add the flour, slightly to fry.
Pour the milk, add nutmeg, salt, pepper, all mix well to avoid lumps, boil for a few minutes until thick.
Spread the sauce on the spinach. May sprinkle with grated cheese. I did not, without it, too, was very tasty! Put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15-20 minutes until light brown.
It turns out very tender, tasty, quick and not difficult. Bon appetit!
