Very tasty omelette, his secret - the number of eggs. Cook Svetun have already published a similar recipe, but I add more flour and butter. My recipe will appeal to those who do not have time to warm the oven and wonder omelet ready or not, ready in a matter of minutes. Bon appetit!

Cooking
1. Whisk the eggs well. 2. Add the milk, mix well. 3. Add salt to taste and flour. Mix everything. 4. Pour into a pan where you previously melted the butter. Cook on medium heat under a lid, stirring occasionally.
