Chicken in cream - a wonderful dish for the second course, prepared with mushrooms, chicken feet, braised in a mild creamy sauce. This dish is very simple to prepare, goes well with boiled rice, baked and fried potatoes on the side.

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

  • Cream

  • Dry white wine

Chopped onion, garlic fry in a pan with very hot olive oil + 30 g of butter. Add the chicken and fry until it will turn brown.

Then salt, pepper and add sliced mushrooms. Fry for 5 minutes over medium heat, then pour in dry white wine and simmer on low heat.

While the meat is stewed in a deep skillet, heat remaining butter, add flour and stir until smooth. Then pour the prepared broth and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.

The sauce is ready pour it in the pan with the chicken and mushrooms, add a teaspoon of mustard and fresh cream. Continue to cook over medium heat until tender, about 10 min.
