Chicken with garlic
Interesting and tasty dish. The recipe my mom brought from Italy. I liked the combination of tender chicken meat, wine and herbs. If someone doesn't like a large number of herbs, you can simply add less. Try, the chicken is good without the garnish. Sorry, but no good photos, no time, all eaten:) I Have instead of chicken were wings. Most importantly, the taste.

Preheat the oven to 120*C, in the chicken to stuff 4 cloves of garlic unpeeled. There, in the chicken, 2 sprigs of rosemary.. Put in a baking dish, around the chicken to impose the rest of the garlic. Season with salt and pepper and pour the wine. Cover and place in oven for 1 hour.

After an hour take out, on top of the chicken put the butter and again put in the oven for 30 minutes. 5 minutes prior to readiness to put 2 rosemary sprigs on top of chicken.

Then remove from the oven and let rest in the baking dish 5 minutes. Serve with pasta or potatoes with garlic. Bon appetit!!!
