Cooking
Rice pour boiling water, leave for an hour, rinse.
The bread to soak, squeeze, add in the rice.
Add the beef, seasoning (mine was a mixture of Provencal herbs and mustard in granules), salt.
Form with wet hands cutlets.
Put into a form or a baking pan.
Pour the broth, sprinkle with grated cheese, place in oven at 200*C for 20 minutes.
