Casserole of chicken and cabbage platter
This delicate and hearty casserole will be of your liking. If you don't like Brussels sprouts, which is part of the casserole, replace it with the same amount of broccoli or cauliflower - it will not worse.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

  • Broccoli

    200 г

  • Milk

Brussels sprouts and broccoli boil, or hold 5-10 minutes for a couple until soft (I do this using the insert-steamer). If necessary, drain off water, sprinkle with salt.

Chicken fillet cut into medium-sized pieces and do the same: cook until soft or slightly proprium.

Prepare the sauce "Bechamel". Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour and mix. At once pour in cold milk and begin to actively interfere with the whisk, then in a sauce with no lumps. Cook until thick, season with salt.

Mix in a bowl the two kinds of cabbage, fillets and pour the sauce. Mix well and, if necessary, even dosolit.

Put into the form (I glass bake) and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put in oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Here's a dressy zapekanka obtained. It is better to cut the cooled, then the sauce is so spread out. Bon appetit!
