Description
The recipe for this dish was born out of protest. It so happened that in my family no one except me does not like meat in French in the traditional option: when the thin sliced meat is placed on the same sliced potatoes. Wife and mother-in-law prefer that I cooked this dish of minced meat. It is desirable that the potatoes were natart grated, not chopped. The fries I got, but the meat failed. I had to make minced meat. Well, then played out a fantasy of my wife, she proposed to add to this casserole eggplant, to which I readily agreed. Because at least that this fact allows not to call the dish what it is: meat in French. Casserole is the casserole. Turned out, however, very tasty and satisfying.
