Cooking
Chop up onion in small cubes.
The meat cut into convenient pieces, repel, salt and pepper.
On the bottom of the form put half of the sliced onion.
On top of the onions put the sliced mushrooms.
Potatoes cut thin slices, add to the potatoes 2 tbsp mayonnaise, salt ( optional pepper). Mix well the potatoes and put into the form of mushrooms.
The potatoes and evenly spread the remaining onions.
Now we spread our meat. Which we have prepared in advance.
Now do fill. The remaining mayonnaise, 3 tbsp. of it mixed with cream and garlic, squeezed through chesnokodavku. Mix well the fill plug.
Pour the meat filling. Sent our meat in pre-heated oven. Cook at 200 degrees for 35 min.
While our meat is cooked with potatoes, grate cheese on a coarse grater.
After 35 mins, take out the meat, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake it in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
