Lean very lazy cabbage rolls
All fasting is dedicated. Delicious lazy cabbage rolls with millet with mushrooms! Try to prepare not only in the Post, I hope the taste will please you.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

  • Sunflower oil

  • Semolina

  • Tomato juice

  • Bay leaf

  • A mixture of spices

Boil in salted water until cooked millet.

Meanwhile, cut the mushrooms (I champignons and oyster mushrooms)

In vegetable oil fry the onion until Golden, add the mushrooms and fry until evaporation of the liquid from the mushrooms.

Finely chop the pre-cooked in salted water cabbage leaves. Depending on the size of the head will take from a quarter to half of its parts.

Combine millet, cabbage and mushrooms. Digression: the cabbage should not be too much juice, but pressing it does not need dry, the moisture will take semolina.

Add favorite spices, freshly ground black pepper, semolina, salt and mix well. You can add garlic and herbs to taste. Set aside until aside and make zazharku for stuffed cabbage.

Add a glass of tomato juice or diluted tomato paste, salt, spices to taste and Bay leaf. Simmer on low fire for 10 minutes.

Then you can sculpt the lazy cabbage rolls and fry them in vegetable oil until Golden brown from both sides, but if you want faster or lazy... then you can distribute the whole cabbage-millet-mushroom mass on the pan or baking dish.
