Cooking
The spinach in boiling water, cook for 1 minute, then discard in a colander. Onion peel and cut into half rings, spinach, when it will drain excess moisture, coarsely chop.
Pepper to clear of seeds, cut cubes. Also chop the boiled potatoes and chicken.
Preheat a frying pan vegetable oil, fry until Browning potato slices, mix them with soy sauce and black pepper, spread the potatoes out of the pan.
Add, if necessary, on the same pan with a little vegetable oil, fry the onions, then add bell pepper and chicken slices, and fry a little more.
To connect with potatoes and spinach, mix well.
On top carefully break 3 eggs without disturbing the integrity of the yolks, season with pepper, cover the pan with a lid and fry on low heat for several minutes until fully cooked eggs. Decorate as desired with fresh herbs, serve immediately.
