Seasonal grilled vegetables with meat
Offer quick and delicious recipe using seasonal vegetables as they are deprived of their own fat, then to cook the vegetables I will be using vegetable oil Sunflower IDEAL, but complement to the juicy vegetables for a couple of slices of meat. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

For cooking using pork fillet. From cut veins, cut into slices thickness of 2-3 cm, grease with vegetable oil, salt, sprinkle with mixture of peppers.

The pumpkin is cut into discs 2-3 mm thick with a mandolin.

White onion cut into rings.

For cooking use vegetable oil or Sunflower IDEAL IDEAL olive mix.

Drives pumpkin lightly salt, add pepper, oil vegetable oil olive IDEAL mix.

On a dry preheated skillet grill lay out the pieces of meat and drives pumpkin, fry both sides. The meat is not dry - remove from heat with a medium degree of doneness, place on hot plate and cover with foil so the meat is "ripe" for 10-15 minutes. Pumpkin transfer to a plate.

Pepper, tomatoes thoroughly lubricated with a brush with vegetable oil, onions sprinkled with oil and fried on a skillet with two sides for 3-5 minutes (the softness of the vegetables is determined by your taste!). Spread on a plate disk of the pumpkin on top of meat and grilled vegetables, served hot!
