Delicious hearty tortillas tortillas stuffed with chicken with vegetables. Quite simple to prepare and easy to serve.

Cooking
Onions cut into half rings (or quarter rings).
Onions and garlic are lightly fried in a pan with olive or any other vegetable oil. Not to bring up Golden brown.
Cut into thin rectangular pieces of chicken.
Add the chicken to the pan to the onions and fry well.
Slice the sweet peppers into strips and add it to the pan with the rest.
Jalapenos, finely chop and add to the pan.
Add spices to taste and the tomatoes in their own juice.
Chop the cilantro and add to the pan. All of this simmer for about 3-5 min.
Grate cheese. Cheese is divided into two parts - one will go inside a burrito, and the second from the top.
Put on a tortilla with 1/4 of the filling.
Put the corn and beans. Add cheese.
Wrap the filling in the cake. Repeat for the remaining tortillas.
To put burrito in the form, pour the juice from the tomatoes and sprinkle cheese on top. Put in preheated oven to 160°C for 10 min.
Serve on a plate with guacamole, optional salsa sauce. You can pour a little on top of sour cream.
