Boil the nest. Spread in lightly boiling water nests in a row, do not throw all at once. When cooked, they fall apart and mingle and we don't need! Socket cook 3 minutes (do not pay attention to the time specified on the pack, because our nest will go in the oven)

Boiled nests carefully put in silicone molds, add a knob of butter. For removing the nests from the pan you can use a spoon and fork.

Prepare the stuffing: finely chop finely the onion, add the mince, pour some water boiled, salt, pepper, add spices. Knead well. Water will make our air and juicy meat.

Grate cheese finely formed mini meatballs and lay them on top of the nests, add the cream, sprinkle the top with grated cheese. Put in oven for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 170 C. Bon appetit!
