Description
This recipe is quite a hearty dish with a wonderful flavor thanks to a tomato-soy sauce. And roasted eggplant complemented this dish with its aromatic notes and makes it even tastier.

Cooking
In a saucepan pour water, add soy sauce, salt if desired, boil.
Add vegetable dumplings, boil for 7 minutes, discard in a colander to glass liquid.
Eggplant wash, cut into cubes. Cover with cold, salted water and let stand for 20 minutes, went to the bitterness. Drain, rinse with cold water and fry in a pan in olive oil until Golden.
Parsley and garlic, wash and finely chop.
Wash tomatoes, pour boiling water for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile in a heated pan pour olive oil, add the parsley and garlic. Fry 2 minutes. Then pour the soy sauce and saute 2 minutes.
With tomatoes remove the skin and place in blender.
Grind tomatoes and add to the parsley and garlic. Saute for 5 minutes.
To tomato-soy sauce add the gnocchi, stir and saute for 5 minutes.
