Brussels sprouts baked
We all know that Brussels sprouts are not only delicious, but very healthy vegetable. These little heads have a pleasant delicate taste. This recipe cooks very quickly, the ingredients are affordable and easy. The result is a hearty and healthy dish.

Ingredients

  • Brussels sprouts

  • Tomato

  • Cheese

    3 ст. л.

  • Bacon

    150 г

  • Parsley

  • Butter

    1 ст. л.

  • Bread crumbs

    2 ст. л.

  • Black pepper

  • Radishes

    1 шт

Brussels sprouts boil in salted water for about 7-8 minutes until soft. Drain and set aside.

Prepare remaining ingredients :cheese to RUB on a small grater. cut tomatoes into rings. parsley finely crumble.

Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add breadcrumbs and pepper, sauté a couple of minutes.

Add the cabbage and fry for another 3 minutes.

In a baking dish and lay the cabbage with the bacon alternating the ingredients.

On top to cover the cabbage with slices of tomatoes, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, grated cheese and bake in the oven until Golden brown.
