Chicken fricassee with red currants
Looking through your list of French recipes that you must try to cook I chose a wonderful dish of fricassee. This day just got fresh chicken breast and dish for the dinner was found. For absent-mindedness I totally forgot to add the cream, but despite this slight confusion the dish came out delicious-it is delicious. Very tender meat in a white sauce with a delicate aroma of lemon and bright taste-I can safely say that this is one of the best poultry dishes I have ever cooked. A must try while in the gardens and market stalls eat this berry! Live tasty!

Ingredients

  • Water

    150 мл

  • Flour

  • Lemon peel

  • Chicken breast

    500 г

  • Red currants

    40 г

  • Salt

Butter sprinkle with Basil and melt. Chicken breast cut into small pieces, place into melted butter.

Bird fry to semi-readiness, lemon zest to RUB on a small grater, add to the chicken mix. Pour in the chicken warm water, stir and let stew about 5 minutes.

Add the flour, mix everything carefully. Season with salt to taste.

Add the redcurrants, stir again and leave the lid on for 5 minutes.
