A simple and delicious dish of eggplant.

Eggplant cut lengthwise plates with a thickness of 3-5 mm. season with Salt and leave for 30 minutes, then rinse in cold water (or soak 30 minutes in salt water). Then fry eggplants in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Then put on a paper towel and Pat to remove excess oil.
To make the filling: boil chicken Breasts. Cool. Finely chop the chicken, add salt, pepper, garlic (finely chopped or passed through a garlic press), mayonnaise, mix well.
On each strip of eggplant to put a bit of filling. Collapse rolls.
