Mix sour cream, cream cheese (it is better to lightly freeze and grate on a grater), add vegetable oil, salt, pepper to taste.
Peeled and washed potatoes grate on a grater with large holes.
To connect potatoes with cheese mass, add the chopped onion and garlic all stir to mix. Put in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes.
