Cooking
The oven to heat up to 220S. Potato peel rinse, scrape, brush, cut in half and sprinkle with salt (and herbs). Leave for 10 minutes. Baking tray lay with foil. Potato halves wrap in bacon and arrange on a baking sheet.
Bake until a strong Browning of the bacon (still need to poke in the middle of the potatoes to the preparedness).
