Broken refrigerator. All anything, but there is, in addition, remained frozen fish, not intended for once. It was urgent something to do with it. Because frozen fish is not a fish. Thus were born the two recipes, and quite good. The next day at work arranged an unscheduled holiday "Fish day". Everyone loved it, so I repeat for You, dear cooks. Help yourself!

On ingredients shows that the casserole diet. In principle, the power my family can be attributed to this category. At first it was a necessity, which lasted quite a long time, now it's a habit. And unwholesome food just does not pull. But here I don't need to call this. How and what to eat, everyone chooses. But, whatever the diet, one should never dismiss a recipe, whether it is useful or not. With a little imagination everything can be swayed in one direction or another. So, first it is necessary to dry the bread in the oven and grind into crumbs.

Salted cucumbers to slice. A number of take a good choice. For me they are more "spice" than "product", so use in small amounts.
So how to cope with fish is very simple, you can already begin to assemble the casserole. Prepare the form down to put foil or, as I have a piece of the bag. So nothing will burn, so oil, grease is not necessary. Put half of the bread crumbs: I have a mixture of white and brown bread.
The next layer - 2/3 grated pumpkin.
Fish all fish fillet rinse with cold water, squeeze and blot with a paper towel. Cut into portions, put on top of the vegetables. The fish can be marinated beforehand in Luberon marinade or spices. I prefer the clean taste of the fish, so don't marinate. Properly cooked fish is delicious by itself.
Now steps back: the cucumbers, then the remaining 1/3 of the pumpkin.
The remaining half of bread crumbs salt to taste, add your favorite spices (I used dill and tarragon. They are in combination with fresh taste of cucumber and sweetness of the pumpkin, on the one hand, the "masked" fishy taste, but at the same time not "killed" it, as other stronger spices). Add the cheese and stir.
The resulting grain mass to cover the casserole.
Tomatoes pour over boiling water and peel. Can this step be omitted.
"Decorate" the prepared casserole cherry tomatoes, pushing them into the top grain layer. Cover the casserole with foil and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 min. Then remove foil and bake another 5 min at 200 for crust, either under the grill.
