Long when we are forced to follow a very healthy diet and to strictly limit yourself in the tasty, but unwholesome, often becomes sad. So I once again wanted something bright, juicy and unpredictable. And so it happened this quick and easy "traffic light" vegetable casserole - that was in the fridge, and the taste surprised piquant eccentricity. The combination of chicken and pumpkin will not leave you indifferent, and I hope someone else will enjoy themselves even under the most severe restrictions.

Cooking
Chicken fillet cut into small pieces (about 1x1 cm), placed in a small baking dish (I have disposable). Salt slightly to taste, add the soy sauce, paprika and your favorite spices. Mix and leave to marinate while preparing the rest of the products.
Pumpkin clean and cut into same small pieces (you can grate), spread on a fillet, and top with slightly thawed frozen beans.
Beans - the slices of sweet pepper (red is prettier :) ). The layers of taste can be a little prikalivaet. The pepper on top evenly, pour fat-free yogurt (can be unsweetened yogurt or sour cream, in my version it while instead of cheese, which I love, but...), and you can re-sprinkle your favorite dried herbs.
I still had two slices of tomato - they also went in - I love roasted vegetables - leaving them on top. But this step - to your taste. Well close the form with foil in a few layers, preferably on the top tightly to the vegetables not to press. Sent in a pre-heated up to 170-180 degree oven to languish for 1 hour.
After time is up, take out the stew and gently (!) remove the foil. Produces a lot of juice - you can mix and you can put merry bright layers. Bon appetite, health and longevity to you and your family!
