We are all accustomed to the fact that dishes from semolina are usually sweet. I suggest you to try a savory pie, sweet and delicious.

Cooking
Measure out 100 g of semolina.
Boil the milk, while stirring pour into it semolina in a thin stream. Cook on minimum heat for 5-7 minutes after boiling, stirring occasionally. The porridge is very thick.
In the finished porridge add the butter, stir and leave to cool.
Add the mince and fry, breaking up lumps, until cooked. Season to taste with salt, pepper and ground coriander.
In the cooled porridge add the flour, one whole egg and the protein from the second. Mix thoroughly.
In a greased form put half of the cereal, flatten by hand, soaked in cold water or a wet spoon.
On top lay the fried meat.
To close the remaining minced meat porridge, to level.
Lubricate the top of the casserole with the beaten egg yolk. I had one egg, so I greased the top of the sour cream.
Bake in a preheated 180° oven for 30-40 minutes, top should be lightly browned.
