Cooking
Chicken fillet wash, dry, cut into small pieces. Boil soba according to instructions on the package.
In skillet, heat 1.5 tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry chicken. Remove from the pan.
Onion peel, cut into cubes.
Carrots peeled, cut into cubes.
Pepper wash, dry, remove seeds and cut into half rings
Add the remaining vegetable oil. To warm it up. Fry the onions and carrots 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the pepper and cook for another 10 minutes. To the vegetables add the soba and chicken. Mix well. Add soy sauce, mix and cook under cover for about three minutes.
