Baked chicken with plum sauce
The combination of chicken and fruits / berries are very often used by us. I suggest to try the combination of chicken with sour plum astringency of a dry wine sauce with soft cheese. Aromatic spices lend its flavor.

Ingredients

  • Vinegar

  • Olive oil

    3 ст. л.

  • Brown sugar

    3 ч. л.

  • Carnation

  • Black pepper

    0.5 ч. л.

  • Soft cheese

    100 г

  • Sour cream

    3 ст. л.

  • Green onions

    5 шт

Carve the chicken into serving pieces. Prepare the marinade.

Mix the garlic (crushed), salt, black pepper (I had a mixture of peppers in the little mill - absolutely love them), olive oil and vinegar.

The mixture rubs the pieces and leave for 10 minutes while preparing the second part of the marinade.

Clean the plums from the bone. On a small fire heated the wine with sugar, cloves and allspice. Once the sugar has dissolved, add the plum (the scent mmmmmm...). Cook for another 4-5 min. Take out the cloves and pepper.

In a blender grind the plums with the wine until smooth. The marinade added to the chicken. Leave for 30 min to infuse and to soak.

Put the chicken in the sleeve for baking. Don't throw out the marinade - you need it for the sauce. Put a knotted package on a baking sheet / form, piercing the packet on top in several places with a toothpick so that the steam could get out. And sent a preheated 200 degree oven for 40-45 min (via min 30-35 from the start of roasting, the package is cut from the top to slices of crusty). Make the sauce while the chicken baked.

The marinade remaining after chicken on a slow fire boil for about 5 min, add cream cheese and sour cream. Cook for another 1-2 minutes and remove from heat. Add the finely chopped green onions - the sauce is ready.

Take out the chicken, carefully remove the package and help themselves! You can serve it with any side dish, since the summer I wanted with vegetables. Don't forget the duck sauce. Bon appetit!
