Cooking
Mix ingredients of the marinade.
Wings wash, dry, RUB with salt. The book says that it is very important to first RUB with salt, then marinate. Then mix with marinade, put in a bag or tightly sealed container and put into the fridge for at least an hour, better longer.
Fry in oil in a pan or in the oven until cooked. If you don't want a lot of oil-just bake in the oven-too delicious!
