For making these meatballs, I used Aquatica Wild Rice.

Cooking
I used rice aquatics Wild Rice from "Mistral". Boil the rice in 400 ml of boiling salted water, cook covered for 45 minutes on low heat. Allow to cool.
A clove of garlic and onion peel and chop.
To connect with the cooled rice, season with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
To form from the mass of balls (preferably they are molded with wet hands )and roll them in flour. Fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Ready cutlets to pass on a paper towel to soak up excess fat.
Clean the onion and cut into wedges, broccoli, wash and divide into florets. Corn cut into slices (I got some concrete bleep, and circles did not work). Spread the vegetables on a lined with baking paper and greased with olive oil a baking sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt, drizzle with olive oil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
With vegetables, you can bake the fish, I made meat patties.
