Sauteed chicken with vegetables and rice
The name of the cell (FR. "sauter" to jump) comes from the method of preparation. Products are pre-fried or fried in a skillet or pan with a "shake", in which the products are mixed and turned over. Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

Cooking

Boil water for rice, omit the tea bags and boil until tender.

While cooking the rice, in a pan heat the oil. Pour the chopped onion and garlic. Fry 1 minute. Add chicken cut into small pieces, fry for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Then add green peas (no defrosting) and carrots, cut into strips. Fry for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour soy sauce, sprinkle brown sugar and pepper. Cook for about 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally or shaking.

Taste, if not enough salt is to prisolit and remove from heat.

Bags of ready rice to cast away on a colander, to drain the water. Fig gently release from the bags, laying in a comfortable capacity, to prisolit, mix well. To decompose the cell plates with a cooking ring (slightly leave for decoration), on top add the rice, carefully remove the ring. To saute and garnish with remaining parsley. Serve, sprinkled with a mixture of peppers.
