Description
Offer you - cannelloni in tomato sauce, stuffed with sweet potato and bacon. This is another dish from the "Luciano", which I started dairy lasagna, there's also the explanation of why "Luciano". Try it, very interesting taste.

Cooking
Wash the sweet potatoes (do not peel!), and put on 10 minutes in the microwave or bake in duhovke (but then longer). Allow to cool to room temperature, cut in half, clean out the flesh with a spoon (will be empty the skin).
Bacon cut into cubes about 1×1 cm fry in greased (because bacon is very fast to allocate your fat) olive oil in a frying pan until it will turn brown
The flesh of the sweet potatoes slightly crushed with a knife, add the bacon (with the fat from frying), paprika, pepper, garlic izmelchennaya (in chesnokodavilke, for example).
Tomatoes blanch, remove skins, chop.
On a greased with olive oil pan spread tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes, tomatoes will begin to soft after boiling, add izmelchennaya Basil and saute 2 minutes. Remove from the heat.
I take the cannelloni in the arm, as in the picture, and using the reverse side (where the handle) teaspoon, scoop the filling and put it in cannelloni. But fill as you wish.

Pour the remaining tomato sauce and crumble up the feta, drizzle with olive oil.
