Description
After the preparation of the menu for the upcoming holiday, I had an overwhelming desire to dine barbecue. Of course of frying I was not going to-I was just marinated chicken in the oven. Kebabs I never did, and since I can not tolerate the vinegar marinade personally I did not. But despite the above my first marinade was a success. Light notes of wine, bright lemon flavor and a wonderful aroma of Basil-a wonderful combination. I believe that if you cook meat with the same marinade as the skewers will be altogether wonderful! Waiting for the outdoors!
Cooking
Chicken meat cut into small pieces. Pour the wine, mix well. To survive the lemon juice, pour in the vinegar, again mix thoroughly with your hands. Cut the lemon zest, cut into small pieces, garlic cut into slices, Basil break-all add to the meat, mix well. Put under the press and leave in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Better at night. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. A baking sheet lightly greased with olive oil. Lay out the chicken pieces.
