Very tender chicken breast cooked in the sleeve together with courgettes, potatoes and mushrooms. Mmm... delicious...

Cooking
Zucchini peel, remove seeds and cut cubes. Fry in a skillet until soft.
Potatoes, peel, cut into cubes, add in the fried zucchini. Seasoning Basil, oregano, marjoram and garlic. Salt, pepper to taste.
Chicken fillet cut into pieces, sized about the same as cubes of potatoes.
Add the fillets to the zucchini and potatoes, stir, add the mushrooms live in frozen form.
Pour the mayonnaise (for a diet suitable option with sour cream instead of mayonnaise) and mix thoroughly.
Putting everything into sleeve and put in oven 220 degrees for 45-50 min. For 10-15 min. until done open the sleeve and leave to brown.
Serve with fresh tomato and parsley! Bon appetit!
The zucchini comes out tender, melts in your mouth... And the most delicious juice which remains at the bottom of the sleeve. As the mushrooms were frozen, the inside sleeve let the juice, in this juice and stew our chicken and vegetables. It becomes very tasty, and most importantly - juicy!
