Gratin of cauliflower with shrimp
I wanted somehow to "saturate" a simple casserole of cauliflower and only had shrimp in the freezer. It turned out that this is a very good combination - zapekanka turned out tender, flavorful, creamy! And cooked very easy!

My cabbage. Not cook! In order to preserve more of the vitamins! Disassemble on inflorescences. Some I even cut, but with the size of the pieces of cabbage you focus on your taste. 2. Defrost shrimp in cold water. If they have shelled it, fine, if not, peel (try not to eat to the casserole enough!;))) 3. Cheese (or cheese) grate on medium grater. I had cheese, and cheese, so the cheese I added inside, and the cheese on top of casseroles! 4. Combine the cabbage, shrimp and cheese, to taste salt, pepper, add chopped garlic and carefully mix up.
