Cottage cheese casserole in the pan
My little daughter does not eat cheese in its pure form, so I made cottage cheese casserole with pasta in the pan. Turned out tender and very tasty. Can be done in the oven or slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    500 г

  • Sour cream

    2 ст. л.

  • Sugar

    3 ст. л.

  • Butter

    3 ст. л.

  • Chicken egg

    1 шт

  • Raisins

  • Vanilla

    1 щепот.

  • Pasta

    1 стак.

Beat the egg with the sugar, cottage cheese whipped blenderm, to connect.

Pasta boil until tender, add to cottage cheese along with butter, raisins and vanilla. The raisins I was worn out.

Take a thick-walled pan (my cast iron)on the bottom put a non-stick Mat on it a lot, level and on the plate under the cover. Fire the smallest.
