Carrot-mashed potatoes with mushrooms
Mashed carrots - it's hard to draw attention to this recipe. And still recommend to try. Silky smooth puree of carrots with slices of mushrooms. Quite dietary, tasty and healthy dish that is perfect fillet of white fish.

Fillet of white fish (I have cod) drizzle with lemon juice, pepper and salt. Carrot and leek and thinly slice to quickly get ready.
