Cooking
1) Clean the cabbage, chop into strips, sprinkle a pinch of salt and mash with hands. Spread the cabbage on the bottom of ceramic cookware.
2) wash Rice and put on top of cabbage.
3) Fry in hot oil (2 tbsp) onions until transparent. Add grated on a coarse grater carrots, simmer until cooked carrots. Put the onion in a ceramic dish.
4) Cut into strips peeled from the skin and seeds of the Apple and spread on the onion.
5) Then put the chopped small plates celery.
6) Prepare the sauce. The pulp of small tomato cut into slices, simmer in hot oil (2 tbsp). Add water, zest (0,5 tsp) and juice from 1/2 orange,...
7)... soy sauce, sugar, salt, allspice and nutmeg.
8) Pour the sauce over celery top, cover with a lid or with foil and send in a preheated t 180 C oven for ~40 minutes. Prepare before cooking. The finished dish sprinkle with chopped green onions and is served as a separate dish or as a side dish. Bon appetit!
