Cooking
Liver clear from the film (to make it more convenient with a slightly frozen piece), cut into small pieces, rinse and soak in milk for a couple of hours. Proceed to do the roasting for the liver. Coarsely chop the onion and fry until soft. (onions do not regret, in our roast it will acquire a sour-lemon flavor and part of the onions we will be roasting the liver).
Portion of fried onions we harvested to the liver and to the rest add the bell pepper, coarsely pre-cut it. and also fry until soft.
Our add fried chopped tomatoes and dill, and cook until soft.
To cook add the soy sauce, lemon juice, pepper (to taste), stir and allow the vegetables to absorb the seasonings and add the cream. Tormented on low heat under a lid for 2 minutes. Fried liver is ready. Start cooking the liver.
It took 2 hours of soaking the liver in milk. Milk drain off. Liver slices dip them in flour for frying.
Pieces fry in a pan (medium temperature), turning constantly, until Golden brown on all sides. Cover with a lid for a few minutes to roast the liver potamilus on the stove (temperature lower). On average, the roasting process will take you 10-15 min.
In the liver is almost ready add half onion, chopped dill, stir and fry another couple of minutes. Add the cream, and another couple of minutes under the lid. Because the liver we are ready we can easily divide the liver slices with a wooden spatula into smaller pieces (this is not necessary, but I love small pieces) :) I did not chop more finely...
Ready to join our liver in cream with fried. Bring a dish until cooked (3-4 min) under the hood.
Creamy liver with lemon-sour finish ready! On the side I use rice. All a pleasant appetite!
