Schnitzel with ham and creamy wine sauce
Schnitzels beef, thanks to its exquisite spicy taste and would be appropriate on a festive table, and is perfect for a romantic dinner. Their preparation will not take much time, and the result will delight You and your family.

Ingredients

  • Beef

Slices of beef fillet washed under running water, lightly dried with a cloth, cleaned with a sharp knife from the films. Each piece repel, sprinkle with salt, dip them in black and red pepper, sprinkle a pinch of rosemary or Basil. Put on each fillet piece with a slice of ham, with the two sides fastened it with toothpicks.

In a pan heat the oil and half the butter. Fry the schnitzels on both sides until cooked.

The schnitzel are ready, remove from the pan, pour in the broth, dry white wine, add salt and black pepper, bring the sauce to a boil and ovarium about two times. Put the remaining butter and remove from heat.

Whisk the sauce with a whisk to dissolve the oil light and thick. Before serving, pour the steak sauce.
