Take the fillet, RUB it with spices for fish, salt, pepper. From top to spread a little mayonnaise, onion rings and sprinkle with cheese. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Spread on a baking sheet, greased. Put in a preheated oven (180) for about 30 minutes. My husband and I fish laid on a pillow of onion to taste.
Serve with rice or other side dishes, as you like.
